Tracy leads Oxfam GB's international climate work, which includes representing Oxfam at the global UNFCCC (United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change) negotiations. Current areas of focus include climate finance, adaptation, equity and the global climate deal, climate impacts on food, hunger and development.
Tracy has 14 years experience in the environment and development sectors, working mainly on climate change policy and politics. Prior to joining Oxfam GB, Tracy was a Senior Policy Adviser at Green Alliance, a leading UK think-tank, where she led the organisation's political work. Early on in her career she worked in two government departments. She has a masters degree with distinction in Environment, Science and Society from University College London.
