Lea works in the Africa Climate Change Resilience Alliance (ACCRA), a global programme that aims to improve climate change adaptation decision making and support communities' agency and resilience in Ethiopia, Uganda and Mozambique. As a Programme officer, she documents and disseminates knowledge from ACCRA country teams within Oxfam and to external audiences. She is also responsible for the finance and administrative duties of the programme. Based in Uganda since September 2014, Lea provides technical support to the country programme by conducting capacity and vulnerability
assessments and trainings, and facilitating stakeholder engagement.
Previously, Lea worked as an administrative assistant in the Programme Strategy and Impact (PSI) team. She also interned in the Corporate HR team, coordinating policy reviews and supporting recruitment processes.
Lea holds a Masters degree in Business Management from the University of Bayonne where her dissertation explored human resources in the NGOs sector. Her Bachelors degree is in foreign languages (English and Spanish)
