Gasore joined Oxfam in August 2016 as the Sustainable Livelihood Lead to support country program improving to create sustainable and resilient livelihoods by increasing employment and income for women and youth. He has 7 years working in diverse areas including development organization and education sector. He has experience in promoting stallholder farmers markets through capacity building and markets linkages with the focus on profitable smallholder commercialization, value chain analysis, and market access for sustainable rural economic growth. Gasore has experience in project
management; he has worked for international organizations working in improving pro-poor markets and stallholder farmers' welfare. He can be able to communicate in English, French, Kiswahili, and Kinyarwanda with basic knowledge and experience in these countries Rwanda, DR Congo, Uganda and Burundi.
