Inequality Policy Adviser


Office Location: Oxford, UK

Daria is a policy adviser within the new inequality campaign. She previously working as a regional research officer and later research and policy development coordinator for Eastern Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States for the MECIS. 

Prior to joining Oxfam, Daria held a range of short-term research positions with the UN Economic Commission for Europe, Transparency International, and European office of World Health Organisation, focusing on gender and other social inequalities in access to social services in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe and former Soviet Union.

Daria holds two masters degrees in Women's and Gender Studies from the Central European University, Hungary, and from Utrecht University, The Netherlands. She also holds a masters degree in Comparative Social Policy from the University of Oxford. She speaks Russian, English, German, Spanish and Italian.
