Sultana has been working as a roving Humanitarian Policy Adviser for Oxfam for a year now, most recently in South Sudan, and before that in Yemen. Prior to joining Oxfam, Sultana was a Humanitarian Policy Adviser for Concern Worldwide UK, working on conflict and in complex emergencies such as Haiti, Pakistan and Somalia. She has also worked for the All Party Parliamentary Group on Sudan, as a human rights observer in Palestine, and as a Parliamentary lobbyist.
Sultana has an MSc in Violence Conflict and Development and began her career in Music Marketing.
