Sophie has worked on Programme Communications in Oxfam for fundraising, digital marketing, and learning for 20 years, with a specific focus on emergency response. She currently manages a Knowledge and Information Management team in the Humanitarian Department.

She has a degree in Oriental Studies from Cambridge.
