Eric Muñoz is a Senior Policy Advisor with Oxfam America. His portfolio includes donor assistance for food security, domestic agriculture and energy issues and emergency food aid and food security policy. His advocacy experience ranges from influencing US policies to supporting global advocacy in multilateral fora including the Committee on World Food Security.
He has more than a decade of experience working on hunger and human rights policy issues, having previously worked as a Senior Policy Advisor with Bread for the World and as a legal researcher with the Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights Under Law. He has co-authored numerous research papers along with five Hunger Reports on issues ranging from food aid policy to the global impacts of US agriculture subsidies.
Eric studied English Literature at Rice University and International Relations at the Korbel School for International Studies at the University of Denver.
