Anne Oudes is a qualitative researcher within Oxfam Novib's impact measurement team (World Citizens Panel). Before joining Oxfam Novib in 2014, she spent three years in Rwanda as a monitoring and evaluation expert for Belgian NGO Broederlijk Delen. She has also worked for, among others, the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Anne has a research master's degree in social sciences (cum laude) from the University of Amsterdam.
