Kimberly is the Team Manager for Oxfam GB's Programme Quality Team. She provides strategic and operational leadership and specialist advice to contribute to a consistent approach to supporting programme quality in Oxfam. The Programme Quality Team supports the development of organisational systems and culture that promotes learning, accountability and measurement of results; provides strategic leadership and a global overview of organisational Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) processes; and builds capacity to carry out high quality M&E.
Prior to joining Oxfam, she led national programmes and campaigns for Engineers Without Borders Canada and managed North American recruitment marketing for CUSO-VSO. Kimberly's academic background includes undergraduate study in international development and political science and an MSc in Social Research Methods from the London School of Economics.
Kimberly began working in Oxfam with in 2009. She has worked in a variety of technical roles supporting monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) in Oxfam - as a Global Advisor (Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning) specialising in MEL of campaigns and MEL of Women's Economic Empowerment programming, respectively.
