Overview

This resource for 11-16 year olds helps learners understand some of the issues involved in sugar cane production and compare and contrast these issues with the values Pepsi and Coca-Cola use to promote their brands.

It introduces learners to Oxfam’s Behind the Brands campaign and suggests how they could use what they have learnt to take informed and responsible action.

This campaign has now ended. Find out about other ways in which you can take action through Oxfam’s Schools Speak Out Programme.
