Sylvie has worked as the country director for Oxfam since August, 2011. She has over ten years' experience in management and coordination of development and humanitarian programmes in various countries.

Prior to joining Oxfam, Sylvie worked as the country director or deputy country director in several countries, including in Haiti with the American Refugee Committee, in Liberia and the Democratic Republic of the Congo with the International Rescue Committee, and in Indonesia and Benin with Catholic Relief Services.

Sylvie holds a bachelors degree in Mathematics and Computer Sciences, a masters degree in Engineering and an MBA.
