Olga manages a team of 250, a budget of $15 million and Oxfam GB's programmes in Yemen, Occupied Palestinian Territories, Egypt, Lebanon, Russia, Tajikistan, Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia. With more than 20 years of humanitarian and development experience across 15 countries in East Asia, Middle East and Former Soviet Union, Olga has worked with Oxfam GB for the last 16 years.
Previous experience was with the International Federation of the Red Cross and US private voluntary organisations. Olga has an MSc in Public Policy and Management from the School of Oriental and African Studies, London University and is a graduate of Executive Education in Advanced Management at the Said Business School, University of Oxford.
She co-authored a peer-reviewed publication in health policy and financing with London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Olga is a Board member of Lazika Capital - a non-banking finance institution in Georgia and is a member of World Economic Forum network.
