Gerry coordinates Oxfam GB's work with the private sector, and has been involved in projects relating to agriculture and poverty with several large businesses.

Prior to joining Oxfam in 2010, Gerry spent 30 years as a management consultant, working extensively in the retailing, food and beverage industries in the UK, Europe and the US, including 14 years as a partner in Deloitte, the leading professional services firm. His consulting work included the management of large process and technology change programmes, particularly in customer relationships and logistics.

Gerry holds a degree in Law from the University of Oxford and a masters degree in Philosophy and Public Policy from the London School of Economics.
