Thomas has worked in international development for the past six years in the fields of private sector development and knowledge management. This includes policy level work with the World Bank as well as country level experience in Bolivia and a number of Asian countries.
He has conducted research, outreach, knowledge and project management working for an NGO, a research institute, a multilateral agency and microfinance institute. His expertise includes agri-value chain analysis, sustainable social and environmental standards, commercial and non-commercial risk.
He has two MA degrees in international political economy and development; and in new media.
