Steve is the Head of the Programme Policy Team (PPT). PPT holds three main functions: technical and advisory experts for all of the Oxfam GB aims except Humanitarian, research and policy and practice communications and publishing.

Steve's first career was as a Forest Ecologist, and he then moved on to Natural Resource Management Policy. With Oxfam GB Steve has previously worked on livelihoods and climate change adaptation.
