Lucy has worked in the humanitarian and development sector for more than fifteen years, beginning her career in the Balkans conflicts in the early 1990s.

Her current role is to support Oxfam's international programmes to be more accountable to stakeholders, in particular the communities with whom Oxfam works. Lucy provides the tools, resources and support needed for programme staff to have a positive effect on the community and to ensure the continuity of Oxfam's projects.
