Kimberly works as a global adviser on monitoring, evaluation and learning, with a specific focus on campaigns and advocacy. She provides specialist advice to campaign and advocacy projects and programmes. She also supports the development of Oxfam's monitoring, learning and impact assessment methods and systems with the hope of strengthening Oxfam's accountability to stakeholders and organisational learning.
Kimberly began working with Oxfam in 2009, with Oxfam's UK Campaigns team. Prior to joining Oxfam, she worked in campaigns, public engagement and marketing roles with Engineers Without Borders Canada and CUSO-VSO.
Her academic background includes undergraduate study in international development and political science. She is currently completing an MSc in Social Research Methods at the London School of Economics. Kimberly is a member of the American Evaluation Association, where she recently presented on a conference panel looking the intersection of learning and accountability in advocacy work.
