Charlotte joined the Africa Climate Change Resilience Alliance (ACCRA) team as the Ethiopia project lead. She has worked for Oxfam in a coordinating role on a project to build the capacity of Oxfam's partners - government and civil society globally. 

Charlotte has worked extensively in the environmental sector and has wide experience on both humanitarian and development projects in Chad, DRC, Central Africa Republic and Sudan.

She holds an MA in Development Studies and BSc in Geography.
