Laura Gómez has over 20 years experience in several countries in Latin America with United Nations agencies, international NGOs and other actors of cooperation. She also has experience working with diverse populations: indigenous, Afro-descendants, peasants and youth, among others. She has experience in evaluation, design of social strategies and systematization (participatory research) mainly in environmental processes, application of differential and intersectional perspective, sexual and reproductive rights, humanitarian actions and strengthening of social organizations; always
addressing women's rights as a priority. She has a Masters degree in Rural Development. She joined the Oxfam team in October 2015.
