Justin joined the project Sunrise in July 2010. Sunrise is a joint project between Oxfam and Unilever, so he divides his time between the two organisations. He is responsible for both the internal and external communications about the project, and for developing learning processes for the partnership and country projects.

Prior to joining the project, Justin worked at the consultancy practice of Royal Agricultural College, where he also completed an MBA. He was previously in the diplomatic service.

Justin holds an MSc in Development Administration and Planning.
