Damon is the SIDA Humanitarian Partnership Agreement Project Officer for Oxfam GB, Having started at Oxfam in 2012 he has held various roles in Oxfam including with their UK Programme and in their Communications division. Prior to joining Oxfam, Damon gained experience over several years holding roles with various charities dealing with disability, cancer and homelessness respectively.
He holds an MA in International Relations from the University of Warwick, as well as a First Class undergraduate degree in Business Studies. In 2016 he published his first book (on gender in development) and has been frequently published by the Huffington Post.
In 2013 he ran the London Marathon for Oxfam.
