Carly has extensive experience as a first phase responder in both complex and natural disasters. Having worked in the humanitarian sector for 11 years, Carly's experience includes work with the UN and INGOs in a variety of responses, in Information Management, Programme Management, Fundraising and Coordination roles. Carly has worked with Oxfam in 17 countries since 2011, including responses in Yemen, Sierra Leone for the Ebola crisis, and Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines, and is currently working with Oxfam Australia as a Humanitarian Coordinator. Carly's current works
focuses on emergency preparedness and capacity building in Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands.
