Tracy Carty

Policy Adviser, Climate Change

Office Location: Oxford, UK

Tracy works for Oxfam GB as Policy Adviser leading on climate change advocacy with the UK government.  She specialises in climate finance and represents Oxfam GB at the global UNFCCC (United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change) negotiations. She has nine years experience working in the environment sector. 

Prior to joining Oxfam GB, Tracy was a Senior Policy Adviser at Green Alliance, a leading UK think-tank where she led the organisation's political work focusing mainly on domestic climate change. She has also worked in two government departments and has a masters degree with distinction in Environment, Science and Society from University College London.
