Nicola is a policy adviser working on aid effectiveness in the development finance and public services team. She currently leads advocacy and policy analysis on the quality and quantity of aid, with a focus on UK aid.
Prior to joining Oxfam, Nicola worked as a researcher and acting coordinator at the UK Aid Network. She also spent 18 months in Bangladesh monitoring and evaluating a large DFID funded livelihoods programme in North West Bangladesh.
Nicola's academic background is in development studies. She completed a masters in violence, conflict and development studies at the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London.
