Sarah is a Policy Adviser on low-carbon development. This is a new area for Oxfam GB, and her focus is on building the organisation's analysis and advocacy on the poverty dimensions of lower carbon development paths in low and middle-income countries. Key areas of interest are energy, agriculture, Rio 2012 and national, low-carbon policy processes.
Sarah has previously worked with Oxfam GB on private sector and climate change issues, in the UK, Brussels and Bolivia.
The Rio+20 Conference on Sustainable Development got a small boost as Ban Ki Moon's High-Level Panel on Global Sustainability (GSP) launched its report last month, entitled Resilient People, Resilient Planet: A Future Worth Choosing.
