Claudia Canepa

As Learning and Communications Coordinator at Oxfam GB, Claudia leads on communications for the Researching Women's Collective Action project, manages an online community on Women's Economic Leadership (WEL) in agricultural markets (www.growsellthrive.org), and supports regions and country offices on programme learning on WEL.

Before joining Oxfam GB, she worked in different organisations, such as Care USA and Community Innovators Lab at MIT, on knowledge management and participatory evaluation processes. 

She has also worked for five years in economic development and community mobilization in poor urban communities in the USA, India and Peru. Claudia has a masters degree in City Planning and International Development from MIT.
