Caroline has worked for a range of development organisations, most recently as a maternal health policy adviser and campaigner. She sits on the advisory group of the Gender and Development Network in the UK.

Caroline holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford and an MA in the Theory and History of International Relations from the London School of Economics.
