Keti is the director of Oxfam GB's Georgia programme, where she manages a team of eleven programme staff and an annual budget of USD $2.5 million. She has over ten years' experience in management and coordination of development and humanitarian programmes with governmental bodies, civil society organisations and private sector. She has also led a number of international programmes in Tajikistan and Yemen.
Her knowledge of Georgia's political economy coupled with her personal credibility as a strategic thinker led the Ministry of Economy to request her contribution to their Poverty Reduction Strategic Program in 2005, and the Small Business Development Foundation's decision to appoint her as chairperson of their steering committee. Keti is also a public committee member for the social assistance program led by the government and a board member of the Community Health Fund, providing primary healthcare services to vulnerable population of Zugdidi District of Georgia.
