As Knowledge Hub Coordinator, Claudia is responsible for the overall planning, management and delivery of the WEE in Agriculture Knowledge Hub, including managing the learning and knowledge development agenda, defining research priorities, coordinating learning processes and communities of practice, and the setting up and oversight management of the hub's online platform (wee.oxfam.org). Claudia has been working in Oxfam for 7 years on economic justice programming for women in agriculture.
Prior to joining Oxfam GB, Claudia worked for a variety of organisations, such as Care USA, Community Innovators Lab at MIT and the Intern-American Development Bank, on knowledge management, organisational learning and participatory evaluation processes. She has also worked on economic development and community mobilization projects in poor urban communities in the USA, India and Peru. Claudia has a masters degree in City Planning and International Development from MIT and a B.A. in Economics from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut.
