As Knowledge Hub Coordinator for Women's Economic Empowerment in Agriculture, Claudia manages an online community of practice - Grow. Sell. Thrive. which is a platform for learning, discussion and debate that brings together people from across Oxfam and beyond who are working on market-based approaches to promoting sustainable livelihoods and women's economic leadership. This role entails facilitating online
user engagement, designing learning processes, and producing case studies and other knowledge products.
Prior to joining Oxfam GB, she worked in different organisations, such as Care USA and Community Innovators Lab at MIT, on knowledge management and participatory evaluation processes. She has also worked for five years in economic development and community mobilization in poor urban communities in the USA, India and Peru. Claudia has a masters degree in City Planning and International Development from MIT.
