Victoria is an experienced finance professional and has served in several accounting and finance positions in both the private and international NGO sectors, in the UK and in Africa.
At Oxfam GB, her key role is to coordinate the budgeting, re-forecasting, financial planning, analysis and reporting for the SWIFT Consortium, which is funded by DFID through a Payment By Results (PBR) contract.
Prior to joining Oxfam, Victoria worked as the Financial Specialist with Mildmay International in Uganda. Focusing primarily on the US Government's Cooperative Agreements under USAID and PEPFAR's Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), her roles involved budgeting, reprogramming, performance analysis, management accounting and financial reporting, among other things.
Previously, Victoria served as Corporate Controller/Finance Manager at Green Resources AS, a Norwegian company with offices in the City of London. In addition to finance and accounting roles, she managed due diligence tasks in preparation for new acquisitions, share issues, and for the company's Initial Public Offering (IPO).
Victoria qualified as a certified accountant while working with Shah and Co. Certified Accountants in Coventry. She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), and holds a higher degree (MBA) from the Business School at the University of Manchester
