Roxanne joined the Economic Empowerment team in Thailand in 2015 as the Manager for the Gender Transformative and Responsible Agribusiness Investments Programme in South East Asia Programme (GRAISEA). She has over eight years' experience in programme and project management in Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa. Roxanne's experience includes post-conflict rehabilitation and recovery, democratisation and good governance, human rights advocacy and social protection, and economic empowerment.
Roxanne has worked for Oxfam in several countries, as well as for Citizen's Organising Foundation, ARTICLE 19, and CORD, in the UK, Kenya, Uganda, Indonesia, Sri Lanka and Sudan and South Sudan.
She holds a Masters in International Studies from the University of Leeds.
